Dr Georgina Williams

Dr Georgina Williams is a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgeon and co-founder of Montrose London. She subspecialises in facial plastic surgery - specifically in facial rejuvenation, as well as breast and body cosmetic procedures. She holds a substantive NHS consultant post at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, based out of Charing Cross Hospital and St Mary’s Hospital, where she subspecialises in microsurgical reconstruction of the head and neck and breasts.

Dr Williams is one of a few female consultant plastic surgeons in the UK with both head and neck and breast microsurgical practices. This dual expertise, spanning complex reconstructive surgery as well and her experience in refined aesthetic procedures, gives her a unique perspective and depth of anatomical understanding that directly benefits every patient she treats.

Her approach to cosmetic surgery is rooted in precision, safety, and a genuine commitment to natural-looking results. Dr Williams believes that the best outcomes come from truly listening to each patient’s goals, combining that understanding with meticulous surgical planning, and providing supportive, transparent care throughout the journey.

Dr Williams trained at some of the UK’s leading plastic surgery units, completing advanced fellowship training in microsurgery. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and an active member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) and the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS).

Beyond her private practice, Dr Williams is committed to training the next generation of plastic surgeons through her NHS teaching role and to advancing surgical techniques through research and innovation. She co-founded Montrose London to create a clinic where surgical excellence, enhanced recovery, and exceptional patient care come together.
