Dermal filler injections use hyaluronic acid to restore volume, smooth lines, and enhance facial contours without surgery — administered with the anatomical precision of a consultant plastic surgeon.
Results are immediate, with the final result settling at 2–4 weeks once any swelling subsides. Duration varies by product and area — typically 6–18 months.

Hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers are injected into targeted areas of the face using fine needles or cannulae. Dr Williams’s deep understanding of facial structure, from bone to soft tissue, allows her to use fillers strategically to restore youthful proportions, correct asymmetry, and enhance facial harmony. Common areas include the cheeks, jawline, chin, lips, nasolabial folds, tear troughs, and temples. Most fillers contain lidocaine for comfort. Dr Williams also performs filler dissolution (using hyaluronidase) for patients under ultrasound guidance, where necessary.
Risks include bruising, swelling, asymmetry, lumpiness, infection, and very rarely vascular occlusion (blockage of a blood vessel — extremely rare with an experienced practitioner using correct technique). All risks are discussed during consultation.
