How Does It Work

Thigh lift surgery is performed under general anaesthetic. For an inner thigh lift, the incision is typically placed in the groin crease where it is well concealed. For more extensive cases, the scar may extend down the inner thigh. Through the incision, excess skin and fat are removed and the remaining tissue is tightened and reshaped. Liposuction is often performed alongside to improve contouring. Dr Williams carefully plans incision placement to balance effective contouring with scar concealment.
